Rolling Fun workshop is our first service to serve the education sector. The workshop fully covers healthy eating and intercultural capability in Early Learning Centre’s framework and primary schools (VEYLDF – Victorian Early Years Learning And Development Framework). It also aligns with the Obesity Prevention strategy by Victorian Health organisation. Kids get hands on to master a skill to make rolls, have fun with multiple art forms, and have a gateway to a culture.
Rolling Fun offers workshops for Primary School aged children. Through our workshops, we transfer the message of healthy eating to kids and to encourage them to eat more fruits and vegetables via multiple art forms and culture aspects.
Our incursion workshop immerses students in multiple art forms and cultural factors to learn about basic healthy eating in vegetables and fruits, then they enjoy making and tasting 7-colour rainbow rice paper rolls. They also take home a toolkit to continue making fresh rolls at home.
Our teacher-led workshops offer a mess-free and fun climate to the class, facilitated by the teachers. Students learn through videos and hands-on experience with practical materials. Teachers could focus on topics that get the best interests in students.
With so many people home these days, Rolling Fun now offers online lessons through online videos. This is a part of hybrid model of school learning and home learning. Kids learn the best among the laughs of classmates and the love of their families.
The workshop has been designed especially for Kinder age with a simple recipe, songs, and fun.
Our incursion workshop immerses young kids in multiple art forms and cultural factors to learn about benefits of eating more vegetables and fruits. Then they try to make fresh rolls with their little hands. Finally they celebrate their first achievement by tasting their yummy rolls.
Carers know their kids in ELC the best. The educator-led workshops facilitated by the educators have the same structure of the Rolling Fun incursion workshop with the supporting online videos. Young kids make and taste their first rolls with the help from the educators.
With so many people home these days, Rolling Fun now offers online lessons as a part of the hybrid model of school learning and home learning. Young kids learn with their mates at the ELC center with the educators and continue learning at home with their parents.
